In order to maintain competitive pricing of our events and to increase staff availability for other members' services we are reducing the administrative cost of managing receivables. As such, we write to advise you that we will no longer be able to provide credit for seminars and events.
Effective immediately, attendees to our events will be required to make all payments by or before the date of the event.
We understand that this change will result in an adjustment on your part and thank you in advance for your cooperation as we seek to improve the services of your Institute.
