Tax Bulletin 2003 - New Tax Measures:

Effective May 1, 2003, a 4% cess will be imposed on all imports inclusive of capital goods, raw materials and purchases by individuals for private use. However, imports by the government, diplomats, international organizations and an allowance of US$500.00 per individual passenger per trip will be exempted from the cess.... more>>
