Jamaican wins ACCA Writing Awards Competition

KPMG Jamaica's Dale Williams (at left) accepts a certificate and a prize from ACCA's Head of International Corporate Development, Laurie Gillow, for his winning article in the ACCA's Centenary Writing Awards Competition. Also sharing in the presentation, which was made during a ceremony in honor of Dale at the Terra Nova Hotel in November 2004, is ICAJ President, Linroy Marshall.

The accounting & business writing awards was hosted as part of ACCA's centenary celebrations. The writing award was opened to ACCA members and affiliates. Entrants were required to share their personal views on how a responsible publicly listed company should conduct its business to restore public confidence and credibility.

Dale's winning article was published in the November issue of ACCA's accounting & business publication.
