resolution was approved at the 39th Annual
General Meeting on July 21 for the Company
Law Reform Committee to be renamed,
"the Legislative Review
Committee," in recognition of the
Institute's ongoing involvement in the
review of relevant legislations,
particularly those that affect the local
accountancy profession. The name change
will be amended accordingly throughout the
Institute's Bye-Laws.
